Somatic 2 Day Retreat in Alps of Switzerland

A retreat to restore sensitivity through guided experiences, movement, body, music,  breath and living presence. Where life feels in silence, in skin, between thoughts. We will slow down enought for the nervous system to breath out. A return to a more natural, embodied way of being. It is about remembering how to feel - safely, gently, authentically.

Day 1

The first day is to softening the inner armor and reconnecting with the deeper layers of feeling.

A gentle space where the most sensitive parts of you can finally meet with safety and warmth. When they soften - trust, aliveness and quiet joy naturally grow. 

Our bodies have a voice that longs to be heard. That voice is movement. By engaging in movement that is guided by what we feel to be true (versus what we know to be true), we learn to channel our inner wisdom. A personal practice of self-expression that can transport us to a place of being fully aware and fully present in our physical bodies. When we move guided solely by our intuition, not focused on technique or choreography, dancing becomes something of a treasure hunt. We can discover our unique truth and embrace our authenticity. Inside this type of container, we can begin to speak our innate soul language in a way that words can’t adequately express.

Day 2

Active meditation

Tao of Love: Art of Hugs

Hugs play an important role in our lives — but do we truly know how to hug?

In one conscious hug it is possible to express feelings beyond words. The language of the body is sincerity that goes further than verbal communication.

 

Learn to feel truth and falsehood in a hug,

understand how to “charge” your hugs with presence,

begin to read the real feelings of another.

A deep return to authentic connection.

Ecstatic Dance

Guiding through a process of learning how to identify and respond to the voice of the divine within as well as to their own inner wisdom. When we allow our bodies and our souls to guide us into the movement that he/she/they need the most, we are activating our spiritual channel and fine-tuning our inner guidance system. This also paves the way for increased psychic development.

Integration through Sound Ceremony by Moltrena

Sound vibrations bypass the mind and release emotional tension, fostering deep physical relaxation and holistic healing.
